You know opportunities are slipping through the cracks, but can't pinpoint where or why. Multiple systems, multiple vendors, and no clear accountability.
You've invested heavily in technology, but results don't match promises. You need an independent, dealer-side perspective on what's actually working.
You're managing the day-to-day complexity but lack the bandwidth to step back and see the full picture. You need an external assessment to validate concerns.
Fill out the form below and we'll contact you within 24 hours to schedule an initial consultation.

No. The assessment is designed to be non-disruptive. We operate with read-only access to your systems and monitor operations in the background. Your team continues their work as usual. The only time commitment is the initial kickoff call and final presentation.
We require read-only access to your CRM, DMS, and phone system for monitoring and data analysis. We do not make changes to any systems during the assessment. All access is temporary and revoked upon completion.
Yes. The assessment is a one-time engagement with no recurring fees. The $7,500 includes all analysis, documentation, and the 30/60/90-day roadmap. If you choose to move forward with ongoing services after the assessment, those are separate engagements.
No. We're platform-agnostic and work with all major automotive retail systems including Tekion ARC, CDK, Reynolds, VinSolutions, Eleads, DealerSocket, and many others. Our methodology focuses on operational flows, not specific technology.
If system-level issues require vendor support, we'll document them clearly in the roadmap and can facilitate those conversations on your behalf. As a dealer-side advocate, we ensure vendor responses address your operational needs, not just technical fixes.
The roadmap is designed to be actionable whether you implement it internally or engage Drive360 for ongoing support. Many dealerships handle the 30-day quick wins themselves and engage us for the more complex 60/90-day initiatives. It's entirely your choice.
Vendor assessments are designed to sell you their solutions. Drive360 is vendor-agnostic and dealer-side—we work for you, not software companies. Our recommendations are based solely on your operational needs, not commission structures or product roadmaps.
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the assessment findings or roadmap, we'll work with you to address concerns. Our goal is to deliver clarity and actionable insight—if we don't achieve that, we'll make it right.
